We supply also soap free compounds for the production of shampoo bars

We can deliver in full containers directly from Malaysia or via Tredis  warehouses in France 

Most of the grades are available under RSPO Mass Balance and all our vegetable soap  noodles are Vegan compliant

We also supply Segregated 80/20 Soap Noodles

We can deliver in 25 kg bags on pallets  and in big bags of 700 kg, 850 kg or 1000 kg on pallets

 

 

SOAP NOODLE EXTRA WHITE 80/20 - PO/PKO

Color: extra white opaque, this is the most popular base for the manufacture of quality toiletry soap bars

Available as Free Fatty Acid and  as Free Alkali 

Free Fatty Acid grade with 1-2 % glycerine also available

 

SOAP NOODLE EXTRA WHITE 80/20 - PO/PKO WITHOUT EDTA 

A base specially formulated without EDTA sequestering agent
Color: extra white opaque

 

SOAP NOODLE EXTRA WHITE HIGH FOAM : 70/30 - PO/PKO

A higher lauric content compared to 80/20 soap base, gives a higher and denser foam

Palm Kernel Oil ( PKO)  can contain up to 50 % of Lauric Acid who is giving the foam to the soap base 

SOAP NOODLE EXTRA WHITE 90/10 PO/PKO and OFF WHITE 90/10 - PO/PKO

Lower cost soap base compared to 80/20 PO/PKO soap base. 

We can offer 3 grades : 72 % TFM with 21 % water , 74 % TFM with 18 % water and 78 % TFM with 14.5 % water

SOAP NOODLE HIGH GLYCERIN MP (SHOCKPROOF - NOMAR)

Very high resistance to marking
High glycerin content increases the soap’s moisturizing properties. Available as  Free Fatty Acid grade
The plasticity of glycerin enables the soap to be molded into shapes and reduces the white marks caused by shocks to the soap

 

                                         

SOAP NOODLE TRANSLUCENT MP

 A vegetable base that provides an excellent level of transparancy via the extrusion process.
 The high glycerine content in the soap acts as a natural moisturizer and leaves a pleasant

 sensation on the skin.

Homogeneous granulometry. Contains between 2% and 6% water.

Used in lubricants and in the production of detergent powders.
